Brunei Sungkai 2018: Radisson Hotel Tasek Brasserie
If you want Sungkai in an international standard hotel ambience, Tasek Brasserie’s Sungkai Bufet is your choice for its classy posh ambience and wide variety of dishes!
You can choose to sit inside with air conditioning but you can also sit outside for a poolside dining experience and next to the live stations ~
Night view looks inviting doesn’t it?
Here’s an idea on the seating – and they actually can open the other main ballroom to accommodate bigger families. As you can see – very comfortable ambience and a good choice to bring someone special for Sungkai dinner.
There’s also a special prayer room for you to perform your prayers.
The buffet is spread into three sections – this is to ensure maximum space and comfort while reducing buffet line traffic. Making it easier to take the food instead of one or two long lines of queues. Very thoughtful from Radisson. The lobby is the section for the main dishes ~~
You will have the salads and side dishes mostly in this section of the buffet ~~
The Rojak buah
The Ulam Ulam with sambal ~~

Radisson’s buffet has also quite an Indonesian influence to their side dishes – you will see their rojak buah and ulam ulam stand to DIY your ASEAN style salad but they have quite a selection of kerabu kerabu which is a Nusantara style salad ~~~ there’s simply so much choice that I’m going to bombard you with them now!
