Brunei Sungkai 2018: Brunei River Cruise Sungkai Cruise!

Many of you will definitely remember the Brunei River Cruise Sungkai Dinner, which is a 2 hour cruise along the Brunei River, enjoying the sunset and having sungkai dinner on board the cruise ship. This is the third year in a row I’ve been on this cruise and I always look forward to it! With the grand opening of the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Bridge, you can see it up close and personal through the cruise!

Bookings are essential and tickets have to be purchased before cruise date. Payments can be made online or at the jetty and tickets collection can be done at Queen Elizabeth Jetty!!

Guests are expected to arrive at 5pm for registration and the cruise will start punctually at 5.30pm from Queen Elizabeth Jetty. We arrived early and decided to pose for photos and IG stories first!

My two great friends joining us for this cruise is Xiang Xiang and Jaymee ~~~ They can’t wait to take lots of great photos and enjoy the beautiful scenic route of our Brunei River!

Brunei Food Diary Fiqah and Hafiz, my other two guests who have been joining me in my Ramadhan coverage for the past two weeks ~~

Two popular young influencers Saayed and Amirul who are ultra funny and ukum ~~ always fun to have them on the same ship ~~ just have to resist now throwing them off the boat ~~ LOL

Guest will be free to move around and enjoy the sights while waiting to break the fast.

The cruise will end at the jetty at 7.30pm. Prayer area will be provided onboard the cruise and at the jetty.

Two hours cruise ~~ what if I need to go toilet? Don’t worry ~~ they have toilets on board ~~

They will play the safety instructional videos before moving so be sure to pay attention when they play this on board ~~

It is very easy to take instagrammable shots while on board the cruise!

Dress up for the occasion ~~ that’s the advise I can give you ~ so you can take photos while enjoying the view ~~

It would be great if you bring your Instagram Boyfriend/Husband/Friendzoned-Friend to be there to help you take all your OOTDs ~~~ so you can insert your inspirational quote of the day with the majestic Brunei River view ~~~

While you might be focusing too much on taking pictures – be sure to enjoy the view with your someone special and bask in the moment ~~~

This year Royal Brunei Catering is the official caterer. They will be serving popular local dishes and desserts throughout the month of Ramadhan.

Don’t forget dessert! there’s Sliced fruits platter ~

The local kueh is pretty good ~~ especially their kuih lenggang tonight!

Enjoy coffee or tea ~~ while chatting and having kuih ~~

While the sun has already set ~~ don’t forget to go out and enjoy the night view! Really love how beautiful our mosque is!
