Making Nonya Curry Powder

Sometimes, I take some time to make my very own Nonya Curry Powder by toasting a combination of herbs and spices, then blending them using my super blender. It packs more punch than the usual curry powder blends and is one of the secret to my Nonya Dry Curry Pasta.

 



There’s nothing like the smell of toasted spices in the kitchen. Hmm….
