Sambal Nyonya Chicken

So much time. So little things to do! Never thought I'll be saying that. I just finished all my course for my degree and I'm just waiting for my graduation. Maybe I should take some time to post stuff that I've been cooking up.

I originally wanted to make a Nonya Curry but when I stir fried the stuff together, I decided to add less paste and skip the coconut milk. It ended up with a tasty full of flavour spicy chicken dish. If anyone wants the recipe - just drop a comment and I'll post it up.
