English Muffins


English muffins. I like these muffins, they usually come pre-cut in the middle so you can just peel them apart and make a sandwich out of them. I usually take them apart, then spread a thick layer of my special tuna recipe, top with slices of zuchini and tomatoes, a slice of Bega Cheddar Cheese and grill them for five minutes. I'll then add some Japanese Mayonaise and a dash of fresh ground pepper. Hmmm.... I love them. You can also toast your muffins plain and spread marmalade or other spreads. They are nice if you toast them. Yum!!!
