Brunei Food: Colourful Roti Canai

Roti Canai/Murtabak/Roti Prata is pretty popular for Bruneians especially for breakfast, brunch or tea. The crispy flakey flat bread is excellent enjoyed with curries or even sweet condensed milk or susu manis. Recently I came across colourful roti canai at a restaurant but I didn't order it as I usually order their naans, lamb mandhi or briyani ~~ which is really good -- I usually have no space for these colourful rotis.

My talented friend Jane, who took my wedding registration photos at High Court, was at the restaurant and managed to snap this cool picture of the colourful rotis. I decided to share the photo on instagram and many people asked where's the location. Ask and you shall receive!

The restaurant is Sameer, and it's located at Delima - opposite HSBC Delima and same row as Excapade Sushi Delima.

I'm a big fan of their garlic sauce - which is heavenly with the lamb mandhi!
