How to make fresh baked buns? I was searching around and found this cool video. Unfortunately, it's in Japanese but you can see the way they knead the dough and learn some techniques here.

Have a view and if anyone can decipher Japanese, I wouldn't mind a transcript!

    heh, the only thing I fully understand is the first sentence: Let us make delicious bread! (or something to that effect :P)

    The rest, I can only get one or two words here and there (too much anime, hehe) but don't understand most of it. Wish I knew Japanese :( They are so cool, ahahahaha.
